Robert Morrison President Bob Morrison has over 23 years of experience in the software industry which includes both senior level management and key technical leadership roles.  Bob was a co-founder and President of More Systems, a software development and consulting company from 1988 to 2000.  After 12 years of leadership at More Systems, the company was acquired by Incentive Systems in 2000.  Bob continued on at Incentive Systems for four years as the Chief Technology Officer and key designer of Centive/EIM, the next generation of sales commission software.  Bob played a key role in the customization and implementation of Centive/EIM for two divisions of AIG, Sun America and Valic.  In 2004 Bob founded First Team Solutions, LLC as a software consulting company.  Under Bob's vision and leadership First Team Solutions is a well respected and growing software consulting company. Bob has extensive knowledge of Oracle, using Oracle since the first publicly available version, and several other RDBMSs, include SQL Server and DB2.

Paul D'Eon Vice President Paul D'eon has over 20 years of experience in the software industry, including design, development and database administration.  Paul has 18 years of Oracle experience, working with Oracle since version 4.   Paul was a Partner at More Systems, a software development and consulting company from 1991 to 2000.  After 10 years as a senior consultant and key contributor at More Systems, the company was acquired by Incentive Systems in 2000.  Paul played a key role at Incentive Systems as a lead developer of Centive/EIM, the next generation of sales commission software.  In 2005 Paul joined First Team Solutions, LLC as the Vice President.  Paul's highly motivated attitude and results oriented approach has set the standard and reputation for First Team Solutions in the software consulting industry.

Tom Parece Partner  In 2005 Tom joined First Team Solutions as a Partner and brought with him 20 plus years of engineering, software design/development and consulting experience.  Tom has held both Management and Technical Lead roles at previous companies.  His leadership as Applications Development Manager at Copyright Clearance Center brought automation to what was previously a manual process and help increase revenues from 18 million to over 75 million in 5 years. Tom holds a U.S patent for software he designed and developed in processing copyright permissions.  Tom has over 18 years of RDBMS experience in both Oracle and SQL Server.
